The Weekend
Friday, October 23rd
3:00 PM Ashokan Center opens to guests. Lodgers may check in.
6:00 PM Welcome BBQ Pig Roast at the Pavilion at the Ashokan Center. Dress code: Casual.
8:00 PM Stick around for a campfire (with s’mores!), an open sauna (with optional cold plunge!), an informal music jam (bring an instrument if you play!), and to catch up with family and friends over local beers and Malecha family wine from Hidden Lake Vineyard.
Saturday, October 24 (Morning)
8:30 AM-9:30 AM Breakfast at the Ashokan Center**
9:00 AM Sauna + Cold Plunge with the Bride
10:00 AM-Noon Activity Electives including a guided hike (led by Ashokan Staff), a run (led by the Groom), and yoga (led by Claire Kifer),
12:30-1:30 PM Lunch at the Ashokan Center**
…or explore the 350+ acre Ashokan Campus or surrounding area (Woodstock, Kingston, the Ashokan Reservoir (pictured at right), the Catksills, the Gunks) on your own.

THE WEDDING
Saturday, October 24 (Afternoon)
Please plan to arrive at the Ashokan Center by 3 PM at the latest, to allow plenty of time to find your way to the ceremony site at the covered bridge (there will be signs). It is a 10-20 minute walk from the parking lot and main lodge to the covered bridge, partly on uneven ground. Typical dress shoes and flats will work great; heels and dresses that are a trip hazard are strongly discouraged. For anyone needing extra help, golf carts will be on hand. Dress code: Cocktail.
3:30 PM Ceremony at the Covered Bridge
4:00 PM Cocktail Reception at the Main Lodge
6:00 PM Buffet Dinner & Speeches at the Main Lodge
8:00 PM Dancing & merriment until the wee hours!
Late night: Sauna will be running; snacks will be served, no noise or facilities curfew so come hang out.
Onsite nanny service available from 4 PM (Cocktail Reception) until 9 PM
Sunday, October 25
10:00-11:30 AM Hot brunch at the Ashokan Center
11:00 AM Ashokan Farewell (an Ashokan tradition)
Lodgers must be out of their rooms by noon, but all guests are welcome to hang out and explore the Ashokan campus for as long as they like.
